Spike TV and GameTrailers.com today announced an exclusive partnership with Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc., surrounding the company’s second-annual global “Pre-E3 Show 2012.”  Select elements from the Pre-E3 show will debut exclusively on GTTV’s Pre-E3 episode on Thursday, May 31 at 1:00 AM ET/10:00 PM PT, with the full Pre-E3 show available first on GameTrailers.com beginning at 1:30 AM ET/10:30 PM PT.

During this year’s show, KONAMI will update fans and gaming enthusiasts for the second year in a row by releasing all company news, game trailers and exclusive interviews prior to E3, including a brand new gameplay trailer for “Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance” and the announcement of a major new game set for release in 2013.  In addition, the team behind “Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance” will appear live on Spike’s “E3 All Access Live” multi-platform program on Monday, June 4 to world premiere the first gameplay demo of the highly-anticipated game.

To accommodate an international audience, the show will also be available online at GameTrailers.com in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Japanese.

The Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) event is one of the largest cultural events held in Los Angeles.  Computer and video game companies, business partners, media, and industry analysts from over 90 countries will converge on the Los Angeles Convention Center from June 5, 2012 to June 7, 2012, to attend this year’s E3. Last year E3 attracted over 46,000 attendees and 200 exhibitors.

“GTTV with Geoff Keighley” on Spike TV is a weekly, entertaining and informative magazine-style show that provides viewers with expanded editorial content and an all-new level of interaction online at GameTrailers.com.  GTTV’s Pre-E3 episode on Thursday, May 31 will feature never-before-seen gameplay from top secret projects, exclusive gaming announcements, a sneak peek into what to expect at E3 2012 and much more.

Spike TV and GameTrailers have also teamed up this summer to deliver extensive multi-platform coverage of the 2012 Electronic Entertainment Expo with “E3 All Access Live.”  The live special, which kicks off on Monday, June 4 at 12:00pm ET/9:00am PT, will provide gamers with over 40 gaming exclusives and special guest interviews with more than 17 hours of coverage across multiple platforms, including TV, online, mobile social and more.  “E3 All Access Live” will feature the industry’s top press conference events, breaking gaming news and announcements, never-before-seen trailers and gameplay footage, exclusive interviews with the biggest names in gaming and entertainment and more.
